Description

If yes, then we may have a home for you at Papaya Global. We are focused on adding an experienced and enthusiastic Analyst to our fast-growing Strategic Partnerships team. Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Director, SMB, you will be responsible for driving efficiencies in areas such as process design, reporting and analytics, and tech stack management. This is a critical role as you will have a direct impact on the effectiveness of our global partnerships program, which is among the key strategic initiatives of Papaya’s fast-growing sales and revenue organization.

The ideal candidate will take pride in removing obstacles for Leadership, Sales Executives, and Partners, and enjoys identifying and delivering process and reporting efficiencies. The overarching goal is for you to implement and monitor activities that fuel our partnerships team. 

This role is open to remote locations but is preferred to be staffed in our Austin, TX hub.

You will:

  • Administer functions that are essential to overall productivity. These include PartnerStack and Salesforce administration and maintenance, planning, reporting, forecasting, and database management.
  • Seek out improvements in current partner sales processes to achieve accuracy, timeliness, and comprehensiveness.
  • Analyze and produce customized reports and dashboards as requested.
  • Actively monitor partner lead pipeline development and growth, along with the forecasting process to ensure goals can be met.
  • Implement and optimize automation tools for selling and non-selling tasks.
  • As a key resource to the partnership sales function, develop ongoing relationships with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Assist Leadership with collaborating with our Marketing team to integrate campaign and lead generation flow.
  • Oversight and maintenance of partner agreements, invoices, and payouts in our partner platform, Partnerstack. 
Requirements
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, with a strong aptitude in the areas of data management, data analysis, report creation, process improvement, and systems integration. (Experience with additional sales tools such as Chili Piper, Hubspot, Partnerstack, and Gong a plus.)
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • General understanding of the SaaS sales process including lead distribution, forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Strong time management, project management, and organization skills.
  • Skill at partnering with stakeholders to present and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Appreciation and excitement for working in a truly global, multicultural, and multilingual hyper-growth environment
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar, sales analytics role.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred – a sense of humor and hutzpah required.
