SEO Manager


Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll and workforce management. Our automated platform helps companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay people in more than 100 countries. We are now looking for an SEO Manager to take ownership of our organic search channel for both our marketing and community websites

You will:

  • Manage the SEO activities within the Papaya Global marketing department according to the following approximate breakdown of tasks
  • 50% Link acquisition: acquiring and generating high quality referring domains to improve both websites link profiles
  • 30% Content: indirect management and responsibility of the marketing website’s visible, indexable content
  • 20% Technical SEO: Ensuring both websites conform to best practices regarding crawlability and indexation, page speed, and all other non-content, off-page SEO matters
  • Explore with the wider marketing and sales teams the best ways to expand and scale
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external content and design service providers
  • Create reporting procedures for senior management
  • 2 years+ international SEO experience (English, global markets only)
  • Fully conversant with all main industry SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog etc)
  • Mother-tongue level English, you should have the ability to write and edit small paragraphs of text
  • Self-starter who can take charge with little guidance
