Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll and workforce management. Our automated platform helps companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay people in more than 140 countries. 

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Expert to lead our learning strategy to support scaling up in hyper growth. Build learning and training programs and an orientation for new hires in both the company level and the unit level. Vast experience in planning and executing large scale learning solutions with various interfaces. 

 

You will: 

  • Manage the end-to-end responsibility for the design and execution of Papaya Global learning strategy and solutions to support scaling up in hyper growth  
  • Manage the global training programs from needs assessment to execution in both  the company level and the unit level 
  • Work closely with managers to assess business learning needs and develop training materials that will bridge those learning gaps   
  • Manage learning platforms and technologies to provide repeatable and effective learning experience (LMS, gamification etc) with easy access to all available materials 
  • Support the design of new-hires orientation learning programs and materials (e-learning and F2F)  
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Advantage for MA in the OD field or another relevant field 
  • Experience in managing learning programs at a large scale and in hyper growth mode 
  • Extensive proven experience in planning, executing, and leading large-scale learning solutions with a variety of interfaces 
  • Passionate about learning and training, constantly benchmarking and bringing new knowledge 
  • Strategic thinker with strong project/program management capabilities 
  • Proven experience in implementing training and learning plans for remote locations/teams 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills 
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with strong collaboration with various internal and external partners  
  • Experience in working in a dynamic, constantly changing environment 
  • Fluent English, verbal and written
