IT Help Desk


You will: 

  • Provide professional and user-friendly Help desk and hands-on technical support:  
  • Troubleshoot and support laptops/computers 
  • Office 365 suite: Email services, SharePoint online, Teams 
  • Windows & Mac 
  • Printers 
  • Network and connectivity 
  • Deploy and troubleshoot operating systems 
  • Track, monitor, and handle Papaya system events 
  • Install and configure network equipment 
  • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems 

  • 1-2 years hands on helpdesk/PC technician/system and network experience 
  • Service-oriented attitude 
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac environments 
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills 
  • Problem solver with self-learning capabilities  
Nice to have
  • Experience with configuring hardware, software, servers, routers, and switches 
  • Windows and Linux admin 
  • Basic knowledge of networking: DHCP, DNS, Routing
