HR Operations Specialist


Papaya Global is looking for passionate individuals who seek  a fast-paced, global HR operations role within a growing start-up.  The role combines HR project management, updating internal HR systems and employee records, implementing new company policies and process, maintaining, along with HR Operations day-to-day management. 

You will:

  • Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
  • Process changes to employee's records, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases
  • Provide recruitment support: coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates and conduct phone interviews
  • Design and implement company policies (globally)
  • Own the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Ensure that the end-to-end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times
  • Lead HR operations projects/programs
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR operations/analyst function
  • Experience with HR technology, HRIS, preferably in a global organization
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong familiarity with information systems (including HR systems, Microsoft office – Master of Excel).
  • Organizational skills with attention to details and the ability to prioritize work
  • Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
  • "Can do” approach and Team player
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication skills – English and Hebrew (advantage – native English speaker)
