Head of QA
Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll and workforce management. Our automated platform helps companies hire, on-board, manage, and pay people in more than 100 countries.
We are looking for a Head of QA that will lead the quality agenda in Papaya Global. You will be expected to lead and improve QA processes, systems and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of our customer facing and internal products. You will manage product releases and ensure we provide our customers with the best experience.
- Lead the QA engineers in several scrum development teams
- Help us improve our development, QA and deployment processes to ensure our products are of the highest quality while meeting our deliverables
- Identify problems and develop solutions whilst delivering high quality standards.
- Steer our QA automation roadmap and architecture to support our rapidly growing team
- 5+ years’ experience in senior leading QA positions
- Experience managing and improving QA and deployment processes
- Experience in SAAS companies
- Experience with agile and scrum methodologies
- Get things done mentality
- Team player
