Executive Assistant - Sales

As an Executive Assistant in the Sales organization, you will be responsible for directly supporting the Chief Revenue Officer and Executive Vice President, Global Sales. We hope to hire a talented individual in Austin, Texas that brings initiative and desires to be a key ingredient in nurturing our positive team culture. This is an ideal position for an administrative professional who is a self-starter, passionate about delivering strategic value, and wants to have fun while getting the job done.

You will:

  • Directly support the Chief Revenue Officer (based in New York) and Executive Vice President, Global Sales (based in Nashville)
  • Calendar management - coordinate all meetings including, but not limited to, team meetings, offsite meetings, partner, and client engagements.
  • Team Operations - own and help manage the rhythm of the teams including agenda management, notes, logistics, and follow-ups.
  • Travel and Expenses – Book domestic and international travel and compile expense reports for the CRO and EVP.
  • Think Globally, Act Locally: While you won’t be expected to travel as a normal course of business, you will “shepherd” a team that is growing substantially across the globe in a multitude of time zones.
  • Juggle – we are a hyper-growth company, so every day is an adventure. Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple work activities.
  • Be Present – work from our awesome, Austin Office in a hybrid capacity - we believe in human connection, and Austin is our primary office in the U.S.    
  • A minimum of 3 years work experience in the capacity of Executive Assistant including supporting multiple remote executives – preferably in a client-facing organization.
  • Deep experience performing administrative work that requires analysis, initiative, organization, and independent judgment.
  • Comfortable with access to confidential information and the ability to exercise discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong editing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to continuously acquire new competencies.
  • Ability to quickly learn and follow organizational policies, practices, and operations – or help us develop them!
  • Ability to work well across the organization with colleagues of all levels and in all departments.
  • Strong PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and calendaring skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred – a sense of humor and hutzpah required.
