Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll and workforce management. Our automated platform helps companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay people in more than 100 countries

We are now looking for a community manager to lead and build our online community, to become the no 1 online destination for users seeking information on all matters relating to global payroll and global workforce management

You will:

  • Research and implement the appropriate online platform to build the Papaya Global community
  • Lead and grow the community, seeding questions, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Initiate a series of local meet-ups across the globe, including identifying & recruiting speakers
  • Organize and participate in online events to build community and boost brand awareness
  • Liaise effectively with other departments (customer success, sales) to both generate content and to receive answers to online questions
  • Stay on top of the latest community and social media trends and tools
  • Track metrics and create reporting procedures for senior management
  • 3-years of proven experience as a community manager at a B2B company (not as a social media manager).
  • Self-starter who can take charge with little guidance
  • Strong interpersonal skills, friendly and positive approach
Nice to haves
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Design tools experience (photoshop, illustrator)
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
