Minimum wage is 447.7EUR ($508) for unskilled workers, and 576EUR ($675.76) for skilled workers.
Full Time employment is considered 40 hours weekly, and 8 hours daily.
Overtime work is paid at 150% regular wages.

Sick leave is paid at 75% rate for the first 15 days, and 50-60% rate after 16 days, with the government paying 66.67% of this amount.
Infant Care: 24 weeks of maternity leave at 70% rate of employee's average daily earnings in the last 180 days before the expected childbirth.
Child Care: This benefit is paid after the infant care allowance expires, until the child reaches age 2. The payment is at 70% (same as infant care).
New fathers are entitled to 5 days of paternity leave taken in the first two months after birth of the child.
