A taste of our own medicine. And it's pretty good…
When first beginning work on our Papaya global platform, we needed a talented workforce quickly. Our natural preference was to turn to contingent workforce solutions, precisely as we advice our customers to do.
Following our own advice, we used our network of global suppliers and directly engaged with an outsourcing team from Belarus and a team of designers from Poland. Shortly thereafter we hired and employed two additional employees in Europe through an employer of record supplier.
Now, while consistently growing rapidly, we use our own platform to recruit and manage our global-workforce even more. It not only saves us time and money, but also allows us to plan our budget efficiently and spend most of our time and efforts on professional work rather than global contingent workforce management.
